The booking has to be in written form (by mail or fax) or by using the enrollment system on the website www.rs-qualitytraining.com and will only be binding for both sides if confirmed by the bodyARTschool. To be admitted to an education the client has to have the respective qualifications (see also description of the education modules) and the physical abilities. The number of participants is bounded below and above. The invitation and the bill will be mailed at least 2 weeks prior to the event. For participants from Germany who take part in the direct debiting system, the amount payable will be written off 2-3 weeks prior to the event booked. For participants from other coutries the registration will be valid with the transfer from the fee to the bank account to the bodyARTschool

Costs
All specified costs are quoted gross unless specified otherwise. Costs and value-added tax regulations are determined by venue. Guideline for the costs

Cancellation
The cancellation fee (also with medical certificate) amounts to 30 € plus 19 % VAT (Switzerland 50 CHF plus 19 % VAT) per module. By cancellation 15 days or less prior to the event 50% of the costs are due . Each cancellation or change of reservation needs to be in written form.  Exception: the client is offering a participant with corresponding qualifications as replacement. This however must be arranged with the bodyARTschool beforehand.

booking without attendance
If booking and not attending the event the total amount of the fee is due (also with medical certificate).

Conditions of Participation
The operator reserves the right to cancel events for good reason (f. e. low occupancy rate). In this case the client is offered an equal event or the payment is refunded. Travel expenses will not be reimbursed.

The right of alterations in time and place setting (within the announced area) is reserved to the operator.

Liability
The bodyARTschool assumes no liability for any accidents, thefts or damages occurring during events. Insurance coverage is at the client’s own account.
